Totally just moved here and LOVING IT. Welll..this is week three really...but still. It is a huge change from the little nowhere town to this supercity, but I feel more home than ever. The hardest part is being alone for the time being...and no T.V.
But because I don't have the T.V. to preoccupy myself and waste hours maybe I'll get a little more active again.

Well...my lovely seemed to unearth many images of Rapture duplicated by other's without my permission, in light of a more recent one brought up to me by another deviant. The one that was brought up to me by another deviant has already been removed after the asshole apologized, but then hid his comments as well as mine and didn't remove the Rapture from his gallery at first, AND blocked me from commenting on his page. What. The. Fuck? These however, although a few years old and of course not older than my Rapture, really get under my skin. I never knew the trouble it would cause by having my own personal design posted as I knew I wasn't exactly a high profile artist who would have to be on the constant lookout for theivery. But Rapture alone has caused such heartache, I guess that's what I get for really pouring myself into a drawing, especially as I feel I have never been able to come up with a design as simple yet bold as the Rapture, and even Last Judgement. It's taken years to try and come up with a design for a v.2 Rapture, but even then I don't feel as attatched to it as I do the v.1. Either way, I want to let each of these people know I have seen their duplications and want them gone, or I'll report it. I would appreciate if other's could report them as well if they refuse to remove it from their gallery. I know I'll attempt a shot at keeping decency as long as they do as well.

Yep so...San Antonio was fucking sweet like I had thought it would be, and then some with a big bag of chips. The convention San Japan...I am still reliving it in my mind so I'm back to a slow start back in town. It was very heartbreaking to have to come back to this shithole I live in right now..but while I was there in San Antonio I got just a little closer to finishing with applying to an Art school there. My portfolio got accepted which was awesomesauce..so with any hope and luck I'll be moving there at the end of December. Eeeeeeeee I am sooo excited I want to go back already.
Seeing as I consider this the first REAL convention I have been to and thouroughly enjoyed rahter tha just sticking around for a day like I did at AnimeFest last year..I couldn't have imagined it any better. Every experience there was a first so I didn't really expect huge ass lines for some of the panels...and I was one of the lucky ones that got to get into the KH one! Albeit it wasn't really anything too much new that I hadn't seen before except for the talk about Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream, Drop, Destiny. I didn't get into the Cosplay show to see everyone who had dresssed up and competed which made me sad as I really wanted to go to that. :< Maybe next year though as I hear it is supposed to be in a much bigger area than it was this year. You live and learn so I'll have a better idea of what to do next year! Completely planning to go again next year..and maybe cosplay a few characters while I'm at it.
So I'm back for now, again...getting tarted back up on what I didn't manage to finish before I left.

Having had so much fun at AnimeFest this year in Dallas before going to see my sister, I've decided I would be going to San Japan in San Antonio next year. Love that place..it's gorgeous.
I was busy talking to myself about buying a table at the Artist Alley for it, talked myself out of it of course, just look at my gallery LOL. Figured I would end up not even making my money back that I would spend on a table..maybe at a lower profile one I'll buy a table, for now I'm just going to focus on actually yanno..GETTING there. As well as working on my own costume, kinda wish I had a sewing machine though..it would make things hell of a lot easier..lawls.

With that said, and knowing my page doesn't get visited often, but for people who do pass by...I'm opening up commissions. Since I don't do the whole fancy layout, I'll expect that whoever is interested will look through my gallery. I'm open to whatever you can bring to the table, full out colored pictures with backgrounds, tattoos, sketches, just ask and I'll answer.
This will at least be a rough idea of the things I figure might be asked for..but by no means is it all I offer.
By the way..I won't do Yaoi or Yuri, don't have problem with people who like it..but..well..I just dont want to draw it.
